    These questions DO NOT require payment of a fee:
  • General designer questions
  • The name of a product
  • When something was made or discontinued
  • Related to fraud support
  • Reports of counterfeits
  • Related to becoming a Recommended Seller ( check here first)
  • Related to site links and navigation, but check here first.
  • Follow up questions related to same subject
  • Photo contributions
  • Story contributions
  • Related to My Poupette's Crusade
  • Comments only
    These questions require a fee:

  • Evaluate a web site $10.

      Note the following for web sites: There are a zillion web sites claiming to sell authentic designer merchandise. We will list sites on our No Sale page as they come to our attention to have sold fakes/replicas. If the prices are too good to be true (like less than half of retail) forget it! They are most likely not authentic.  We will not be of much assistance if we can only see one photo of the bag, but no details. But the fee is only $2.50 to have us check, so maybe it will be of value to you anyway. Also read this page for information on factory seconds.
