My Poupette's Refund Policy
POLICIES
A refund may be issued only if we cannot render service(s) within the time frame that you (the customer) have paid for, and if you have not agreed to a time extension. Turnaround Time begins after you have provided cleared payment and all of the photos or information that My Poupette has requested. If you cannot provide all photos and information requested in order for My Poupette to render an opinion, you will have a store credit with My Poupette towards any future service(s) with My Poupette.com.
If the customer requests a refund after we have begun work, there will be a $25 cancellation fee imposed before the refund. Alternatively, the customer may opt to keep the full payment on file as a credit for future use.
Please allow up to 30 days for any agreed upon cash refunds to be completed.
