You ("customer") understand and agree that by submitting payment, you are engaging MyPoupette.com ("we/us/our") for authentication or related service. Service turnaround (completion) time begins once we have received cleared payment, and all requested information and photos.
My Poupette is a consumer advocate for those who have been defrauded online, providing authentication statements or letters for auction web sites, insurance, and credit card fraud claims. Our authenticators are, or have been collectors, employees of designer boutiques/trademark companies, authenticators, sellers, and appraisers of designer products for a minimum of five years, each.
Every effort is made to render an accurate opinion based on our experience and references. You agree to hold us harmless against any and all losses that may result from our rendered opinion. Liability for any loss shall be limited to amount paid for our service.
