WRITTEN STATEMENTS (All Tiers)

FEE/TURNAROUND TIME
10% of amount paid to purchase the item, rounded up to the nearest whole dollar, minus shipping costs, or $10, whichever is greater. Turnaround time is 3 Business Days. We will calculate your fee and send an invoice for the amount due. All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars.
1. STATEMENT OF NON-AUTHENTICITY
A written statement for use with a claim or dispute, stating that the item is NOT authentic. Use this service when you have received a fake item and need a written document on letterhead to prove it. This is most often required for a PayPal, eBay, or Credit Card dispute.
2. STATEMENT OF CONDITION
A written statement describing the condition of an item. This is useful if you received an item that may be authentic, but not as described. Product might have odors or damage that was not disclosed, wrong material, or other defect.
3. NOT AS DESCRIBED
Use this when you have received an item that significantly differs from the description. This could mean:
- wrong condition
- wrong size
- wrong label
- wrong purpose
- wrong color
- wrong material
- wrong style
- something is missing
And any other condition that needs to be described for your claim.
