We provide independent third-party (3rd Party) written statements for your claim/dispute so you can get a refund for fake perfume you purchased. All statements are on our signed letterhead, with contact information.
FEE/TURNAROUND
Our fee is 25% of the amount paid to purchase the item (minus shipping costs), or $20, whichever is greater. Fee is rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. All fees are payable in U.S. dollars.
Turnaround time is 3 Business Days. 24-Hour service is available for an additional 50% of the fee.

PHOTOS NEEDED
Send as many of these detailed views as you can:
-Full front of bottle and box (they do not have to be pictured side by side)
-Full back of bottle
-Protective cap on
-Protective cap off
-Top of cap
-Spray nozzle (part that you push to spray-has a hole)
-Remove the spray nozzle and photograph the top of the wick (long part that goes inside the bottle)
-Close up of front Label
-Close up of back Label
-Close up of bottom of the bottle/label
-Any other designs or stickers/labels, inserts
-Full view of all sides of the box, if available, including top and bottom

1. STATEMENT OF NON-AUTHENTICITY
A written statement for use with a claim or dispute, stating that the item is NOT authentic. Use this service when you have received a fake item and need a written document on letterhead to prove it. This is most often required for a Mercari, PayPal, eBay, or Credit Card dispute.
2. STATEMENT OF CONDITION
A written statement describing the condition of an item. This is useful if you received an item that may be authentic, but not as described. Product might be damaged, or not new, or something else that was not disclosed.
3. NOT AS DESCRIBED
Use this when you have received an item that significantly differs from the description. This could mean:
- wrong condition
- wrong size
- wrong label
- wrong purpose
- wrong color
- wrong fragrance
- wrong style
- something is missing
And any other condition that needs to be described for your claim.
