My Poupette's Refund Policy

POLICIES
Refunds are available only if we were unable to provide the requested service(s) within the time frame you (the customer) have paid for, and if no agreement for a time extension has been made.

The turnaround time begins after we have received cleared payment and all required photos or information. If you are unable to provide the necessary photos and information for us to render an opinion, you will receive a store credit for use towards any future services with My Poupette.

If a refund is requested after work has commenced, a $25 cancellation fee will apply before the refund is processed. Alternatively, you may choose to keep the full payment on file as a credit for future use.

Please allow up to 30 days for the completion of any approved cash refunds.
